Cancellations and Refund Policy

Conference Cancellations

  • Cancellations made by April 30 will be entitled to a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between April 30 and May 31 will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made after May 31 will not be refunded nor will credits for future conferences be issued.

Pre-Conference and Associated Events

  • Events outside of the official conference are managed by outside parties and have their own refund policies. Please review those in advance of purchase.
  • The AHA is not responsible for events managed by other groups.
