Director of Homebrew at Briess Malt & Ingredients, Aaron began homebrewing with his father at the age of 16. In 2009, he opened a homebrew shop in New Orleans, and five years later, he accepted a job with Briess as Product Line Manager of Homebrew. Aaron has received certification from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling in Malting, Distilling and Brewing. He is also currently the Techniques columnist at Brew Your Own magazine.
