Kevin Ruff has been a homebrewer since 1989. He started with extract batches and quickly moved to all-grain methods. A brief stint as a brewer’s assistant and cellarman in the 1990s sparked his interest in brewing hardware, and eight years ago he switched to small-batch brewing due to space constraints. This combination of interests led him to discover electric brewing and start blogging. Kevin loves the flexibility small-batch brewing offers to those who live in small spaces.
