Martin Brungard is a professional engineer and a brewing water chemistry expert. He has authored technical articles on brewing water history and formulation and on yeast metabolism. He is an active participant on technical subjects on prominent brewing forums. Martin is the author of Bru’n Water software for brewing water adjustment and a technical editor for the Brewers Publication book Water: A Comprehensive Guide for Brewers. He is currently director of his local homebrew club, Foam Blowers of Indiana (FBI).
