Scott McCormick has been homebrewing on his home-built, 10-gallon, all-grain system for nine years. He began with an extract kit before jumping in with both feet to all-grain brewing. With BJCP scores ranging from 12 to 36, he’s brewed the good and the bad. As a homebrew club member, Scott has challenged his club to regular brew-offs, brewing with blind ingredients, and filling bourbon and wine barrels with club brews.
